Rotor replacements

What rotors are suggested to replace the OEM's when the car see a good amount of track days?

At least sorta depends on your setup.... how have your stock rotors handled the track days so far?

Autozone duralast rotors were a good replacement for me, around 30 bucks a piece and has held up to 5 track days so far. Also has a two year warranty but they will probably get suspicious if you keep coming in with cracked rotors every year

I replaced with OEM blanks, I'm sure you can find plenty part outs here no problem.

Correct, the correct Centric rear is
