Long shot, but I do find the verbiage interesting.

"Lubed pushrod IN slave"

Perhaps there is an area that needs lubrication behind the rubber boot on the slave cylinder?

Yeah, I have a little dab on both ends. I did realize I haven't mentioned that in the slave cyl. DIY. Gotta fix that. -___-

I added some grease to the small rod near the boot, was squeaking a bit this morning but will add more if needed and see if the noise goes away.

Is this what Ultramaroon and Dacay107 are planning on making DIY for?
I'm also surprised that the tech service said there is no other reports of clutch squeak noise.
Yeah so it gets rid of the noise but there is obviously something wrong with all of those worn parts.

Clutch peddle loud squeak

Squeak is at the last half of the pedal travel. Happens with engine on or off. This made me think it was the fork mating points that needed lubrication as some have mentioned. Slave to fork surface was well greased already. While the engine off but still hot and pedal squeaky, I unbolted the slave and removed the fork boot to gain access to the lower portion of the fork. I was able to spray some Wurth HSS 2000 High pressure adhesive oil using a bendy straw to direct the oil on each of the fork prongs. Didn't spray much at all. Put the slave back on to test right after and no more squeak. Took it for another test drive and got the car hot and still no squeak.

Not sure how long this will last, but I'm 99% certain that my squeak originated from the mating surfaces of the clutch fork prongs to the throw out bearing since that is the only part of the fork I was able to lube.

It's been about 2 weeks and 500 miles and the squeak is back! The day it came back was a rainy day as well. I imagine the mating surfaces of the clutch fork to the throw out bearing is worn out to the point where re-greasing only last a small duration. Even if a warranty replacement is done, unless the new fork and bearing had some sort of design update, I foresee the problem coming back eventually.

That sound is normal. It's different noise from this thread's squeaking noise. I'm pretty sure this noise you mentioned is there since when the car is brand new. See below thread. I didn't know about this noise until I saw the below thread.

I can confirm that the issue does resurface... I had my throwout bearing replaced a few months back (early summer or late spring) and the noise is back once again. Like before, the noise occurs after about 10 minutes of driving and will go away in the next 10-15 minutes. The noise comes from pushing in the clutch which causes a audible squeak. At this point, I feel that all I can do is to replace the clutch with an aftermarket clutch. Does anyone know if this clutch squeak is a sign of something detrimental?

Next time I replace the lube in my trans I'm also going to try lubing my slave.

Maybe then my clutch won't "honk" when I shift.

Mine honks only on the release; that rubbery squeak. Is that what you mean?

It correlates with a specific engagement point, pretty sure it's the bearing or how the bearing mates with the PP. It doesn't matter if the pedal is going down or coming up. It comes about when the temperatures outside are cold and the car sits outside (in the cold).

I've only once been able to purposely duplicate it but things quickly warm up and it goes away. Can't get it to replicate at the stealership. Usually the act of shifting means the pedal goes down/up pretty quickly so the squeak is brief and sounds like a "honk". Quite loud too about the sound of the horn actually. People walking on the street look turn their heads because they think I honked at them but it's a rare occurrence and it's only happened a handful of time in the last 6 months (because summer) but recently it reared its ugly head again as the temps have fallen.

I think the amount of left to right play at the clutch fork is a good indication of how messed up your release bearing is. I had as much as 3/4" to 1" of play right before it took a shit. (pretty damn "loose") With the new release bearing I have only about 1/8" of left to right play maybe less.
