Keep us informed as to what they find. I only have about 500 miles on my ACT 6 puck sprung with Prolite flywheel, but I have had zero issues so far.

Talked to ACT engineer last night. they said the lockout issue is not caused by their clutch assembly. the clutch visually have plenty of travel and wear life left. adjusting the clutch peddle travel does not help the situation.

so next off we go to dealership

I have my GT86 2013 boosted and i have intalled ACT streetlite clutch kit with flywheel.
I'm facing same issue when car is warm on a traffic light. I can't get it to engage in first gear easily.
but after i move it is very smooth shifting.

Please update if you have found anything

I have very similar issues to MrDXB.
I have a new clutch kit on order from ACT in lieu of the possibility of a warranty issue and I'm ordering a new clutch Fork.
The issue seemed only happen after the car has been driven for a very long time. But is now pretty constant. It only wants to shift into first second and or reverse if the car is at a roll or if the motor is shut off.

I'm going to order an exedy clutch and pressure plate. Maybe I'll order a new clutch fork too.

Last week I had this happen with an ACT HD clutch I installed a few weeks ago. I just had to adjust the pedal up a bit and now it goes into reverse, 1st and 2nd fine when standing still.

My pedal was at the factory height when I installed the clutch.

We played with the engagement point and also replaced fluid with no effect. Hopefully I'll see what's up by the end of the week.

I'm going to pull the trans, replace the release bearing and clean and lube the input shaft first. Hope that fixes the issue

Here is what I discovered. Clutch was getting hung up on the input shaft. Cleaned and greased he shaft and splines liberally. Replaced the release bearing. The pressure plate and fly wheel are slightly warped but within manufacture spec.

Car drives fantastic now. No issues at the moment. Pedal, shifting, and everything feels way better.

Hopefully it lasts the season. I'll let you know.
