Can someone please explain where exactly you stick the screwdriver to get this thing to come off properly? The guy in the other thread said to use a flathead to get a "finger holding" to remove it. I got the finger holding under it, yanking it, but won't seem to come off.
It really should just pull out. Start at the very front edge and push up while pulling out. Once you get one clip out the rest should follow pretty easy. Don't try to pull from the center as that will mean that you are spreading the force out too much. As far as the bends you have put in it already go just hit them with a hair dryer and they should go back to normal pretty easy. The plastic as a good memory for it's original molded shape.
