Why not just use an inline thermostat on the kraftwerks oil cooler? [ame="http://www.amazon.com/Derale-25719-Fluid-Control-Thermostat/dp/B004XOQ0R6/ref=sr_1_9?ie=UTF8&qid=1441685114&sr=8-9&keywords=oil+cooler+thermostat"]Amazon.com: Derale 25719 Fluid Control Thermostat Kit: Automotive[/ame]

Why add four more failure/leak points to the system.

That RacerX setup looks sweet if it actually works.

basically what he said. I mean ideally I shouldn't have had to do this in the first place but it is what it is.

I had a new blower installed by a Kraftwerks authorized reseller/dealer less than 1600 miles ago and the new one failed again...

I had to pay 50% of the value to get a new one (While I wait for the warranty result...) so please Kraftwerks don't tell me I will have to pay again for this, this is getting ridiculous.

It's my daily and I don't track at all with it. My tuner checked everything and the blower def. failed on its own.

He even called you and sent you a video, but again no feedback...

Yikes, two rotrex units within 1600 miles? Are these the standard size or the bigger C38-81?

First one lasted 5000 miles and second one 1600. Standard C30-94 kit. All oil lines are good and everything was checker by my tuner... whine like crazy so annoying I drive my beater now.

Kraftwerks Supercharger Owners Thread

Anyone in here have the new size pulleys for the C30 and know what boost you're hitting at redline? I swapped over to the new pulleys and just got a chance to open it up... Boost on the old ones was ~11.5 and on the new ones I'm seeing between 9 and 9.5. Hoping this is due to the pulley change and not another bad blower, but it does whine very loud....

@EquiFox i would change a tuner and recheck installation - all the lines, filter, and oil reservoir - if i'm not mistaken have to be below or at SS level, ss was primed properly, belt tension is correct, no leaks, etc,, as i find it hard to believe, although not impossible, that 2 SSs failed one after another.

What are the mod lists for both cars? What do the Dynos look like?

Check valve

Just installed the kit went in great and any question I was able to get someone on the phone pretty quickly. Are most people using the one way check valve that goes in the pcv line. Also tune wise is it worth getting another tune instead of the carb?
