My copy awaits me. I want to focus in on it when I finally get to play it. Have to beat witcher 3 and play through ground zeroes one more time to rescue kojima. Can't wait to play it though, kept very far from most spoilers.

Glad to hear all the good reviews. Looking to pick this up to tide me over until Fallout 4 in November. (also bummed XCOM2 got pushed back but that's another rant)

both of them are missable, or rather you can play the whole game without them. D.D. is around the LZ just north of Spugmay Keep during the day, tranq & float him.

You can easily squeeze an enormous amount of time out of this game. An ENORMOUS amount of time.

Anyone know how I can keep Quiet from shooting? I had multiple instances where my tranq landed milliseconds before her bullet pops the dude's head open, taking out valuable soldiers. She even shot them when I grabbed them with CQC, just before I would interrogate them. Some times I think she's just trolling me

You can command her to cease cover, but I think if you trigger a combat alert she'll automatically try to cover you. Alternatively, you can just research her a tranq rifle, and let her do her thing.

i still have a copy of the original MGS on PS1. that was a fantastic game.

I'm gonna have to strongly agree here. I'm about halfway through the story now and have yet to have a satisfying boss battle. I miss the epic "WTF do I do?!" bosses...

Here's a video I made of my first game in MGO, I watched some streams before downloading it and it just looked like a bunch of dull running and gunning, I was expecting to be disappointed. I haven't bought a PS+ subscription yet so I just used the 14 day trial to give it a shot. Turns out it's plenty fun if you sneak around instead of just sprinting toward enemies, I am not a skilled player by any means but I still did OK by simply staying low and behind cover.

The dude running past me @ 1:33 cracks me up every time haha.
