Hey everyone,
First and foremost we want to thank all of you who has placed the order for our OFH. We understand that it has been a long wait to the get the headers. The shipment came in last Friday and good thing it cleared customs fairly quick and showed up at our shop. Another good thing is that we know all of you have been waiting for quite some time and we have made sure all header order has been shipped out as of yesterday so is en-route to you all if you have already placed the order. For those of you that are interested in the header this is the time. We have around 11 units in stock ready to ship so if you are interested feel free to pm me or place the order online and we will take care of it for you. Any questions let us know.

OFH order link: http://openflashtablet.com/Automotiv...OFH/index.html

Cheers

Just curious as to what gas mileage you guys are getting after installing the header and stage 2 tune? I read through all 29 pages and that was something no one mentioned. Really considering this header.

I get 23.5-24 mpg. I was not getting great relative numbers before the tune, though. I guess I drive more aggressively than most.

Same mileage as before headers and tune. All depends on how much you put your foot in.

He means "(1 or 2 less) x 0.75".

Mileage on petrol will improve with a proper maf scale instead of the manipulated Stg2 scale. Copy the scale from Stg1 for starters if you run more than 0.5 AFR rich compared to commanded (a lot of cars do).

Header is irrelevant for mileage. It's all in how close you can make the tune run to what shiv intended.

+1 on the OFH effects (or lack there of) on mileage. I have never noticed any difference
And for those who are thinking about an OFH, we have a few in stock (rare occurrence!).

Yesterday I received and installed my OFH but I had trouble with screwing in one of the o2 sensors. I stripped one of the o2 sensors a little bit and I didn't screw the o2 sensor all the way so now the ring on the o2 sensor rattles when I drive. Anyone else have this problem?

I have the o2 rattle and haven't found a solution. As far as the o2 being loose or stripped, I would use Locktite. This helped my front o2 sensor from coming loose for awhile with no issues regarding to my fuel trims and afr balance.
