Not to go off topic but does anyone have the actual weight of these ( XXR 527 18x8.75 +35)? I read of their site that they are estimated at approx. 23lbs?

Which makes me wonder if the XXR 550 in the same specs are the same weight even though they have more spokes.

I had the 550's and they are like a half pound more than the 527 according to the distributor. The face of them sticks out quite a bit from the barrel giving it a stretched look.

It all depends on the tire. I ran a 215/40/18 on a 18x9.5" wheel years ago, and it had exposed bead bad. The picture above has hardly any at all being exposed, it is considered stretched yes, but it isn't a "bad" stretch. It all depends on the tire itself. Softer sidewalls flex better like above, hard sidewalls expose the beads.
