My guess is that since you got an ESC from another member you won't face issue 1, but I'd be very interested to hear how you handle issue 2 (assuming you have the newer Procede).

Red wire is the signal wire (pic)..... Procede is black.

Anyone near San Diego? I want to make a new install video for the Procede. I'll even help you install the Procede at the same time.

Yes.....

Peak of 5.4PSI at 3000
Hold 4PSI until 6200
Drops to 3 PSI at 7200

It feels very fast and super responsive. The tune does need some more work for these boost levels as we went lean on a 5th gear pull from 2700 which caused DAM to drop quite a bit.

We will be working to get the tune refined a bit for the higher boost levels and then book some dyno time in August.

Rob was very happy with the Amperage of the new motor and it should be feasible to run this setup at sea level as well. The last one that i had in August(2014) would have been too powerful for the controller at sealevel.

As for heating issues... I don't think we have had any issues since we began running the new controller. But I do have a vent running to my controller.

As for longevity of system... I believe I have been running the system longest (except for rob, Fenton, and bu tang) due too Canadian winters I may have the longest driving time.

In the two years (almost) I have owned the system I have gotten every upgrade possible, and this system has been absolutely rock solid.

In fact just today my first issue cropped up... My starter battery is bad. This is the new odyssey battery and is not at all related to the system. Most people would agree that this battery may in fact be better then the oem battery. Unfortunately due to a defect in the battery I now have to rma the battery.

So now I'm out driving my car for a couple days so I can rewire in my old power sonic starter battery until batterymart honors my warranty.

Haha well now I do have another question. Do you have any pictures of your vent setup? Definitely curious now. It's good to hear that it's held up even in warmer climates. I'm just a state above you but our summers are getting hotter than we're used to every year

If Shiv ever needs a car for testing/tuning, I'll be happy to drop mine off at his shop now that I live in SF, granted I get to do a couple of pulls with that bigger compressor

Full throttle Electric Supercharger Build Thread

@Mrrksturr @LucidMomentum

I know it's somewhere in the thread... (I couldn't find my pictures) but basically if you have an frs without fog lights you can go from the fog light location with ducting and force air across the controller in the engine bay.

In a BRZ you need to push a piece of plastic to setup the vent (I can take a picture tonight of my car)

Either way it follows the same path from the bumper to the engine bay.

With this minor mod I never had an issue with overheating on the old controller. ( but honestly I don't think the new controllers need it).

The ducting I used was for high heat applications. You can find it on Amazon. Myself and another forum member split the cost of the ducting.

Seems simple enough. Good to know if I run into hearing concerns!

Here: (this was in @nlowell 's FR-S, a BRZ will be slightly different)

http://www.ft86club.com/forums/showp...postcount=5033

Re-posted some of the pics if you don't want to dig.

Side note... I've never hit the thermal limit with the updated controller, so Sohjinn is probably spot on when he says it may not be needed.
