![]() Yep, you can just swap the compressor back to the stock intake, flash the ECU (if you're using an OFT for tuning, this takes about 3-5 minutes), and drive. Remember, this is a street kit first that will work great for canyon carving, AutoX and Drag are probably ok too. Drift, untested, Track for limited sessions but more testing is needed. The newer controllers have improved heat tolerance. It all depends on how you're driving the car as to how much time you'll get on boost before hitting the heat limit. We've heard of people running 20 minute sessions at hot California tracks (WSIR IIRC) with ducting and a vented hood and being fine, so may factors can come into play. Adding additional cooling (ducts, fans, heat-pipes, waterblocks, etc.) are up to the individual depending on their needs. |

I bought a second hand unit. After one week, the controller stopped working (no beeping after switching on/booting up). Rob is helping me resolve the issue. |

Full throttle Electric Supercharger Build Thread
Bah can't believe I missed all the fun questions. But @DAEMANO answered them perfectly.
As for heating issues... I don't think we have had any issues since we began running the new controller. But I do have a vent running to my controller. As for longevity of system... I believe I have been running the system longest (except for rob, Fenton, and bu tang) due too Canadian winters I may have the longest driving time. In the three years (almost) I have owned the system I have gotten every upgrade possible, and this system has been absolutely rock solid. In fact just today my first issue cropped up... My starter battery is bad. This is the new odyssey battery and is not at all related to the system. Most people would agree that this battery may in fact be better then the oem battery. Unfortunately due to a defect in the battery I now have to rma the battery. So now I'm out driving my car for a couple days so I can rewire in my old power sonic starter battery until batterymart honors my warranty. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I got my ESC up and running tonight, woo-hoo, but only with the pedal switch so far. I'll be tackling the Procede install tomorrow. As far as pedal switch with AT it's geared too darned tall for boosting at full throttle. I'm doing 90 in seconds, and partial throttle isn't enough boost. I think it will be much more usable as a DD with the procede controller. I want to start adjusting the map for boost when I want it, and economy when I don't. Give me enough time and I will make the perfect OFT ESC tune and Procede mapping for the AT's. To answer your question, the Procede controller is probably more desirable in an AT than an MT.

Has anyone used the Procede with E85? Do you need a new map for the Procede?

The car has it map for the phantom (ecu tune). The Procede map reads the a couple sensors and activates boost depending on those readings.
My map is the one that modified the Procede. But I still use shivs map for my car. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
