thanks for the help
read the romraider tips link below
help on romraider on the romraider site
you cannot open a tune file\rom untill you point romraider to the matching definition files so it knows where the tables in the rom are
you will need to download the definition files and tune files from the oft downloads site

Yes. I don't know if it has anything to do with it but I changed some of the data logging options to the lateral and fwd/rev g's just to test it out and it hasn't been the same since.

Question regarding the adv multiplier, I read some posts where I'd want it to be as close to 1 as possible, what does it mean when I'm seeing it at 0.75? (Stage 1 91 Oct)

IAM of 1 means you have very low levels of knock

IAM of .7 means you have some knock and the ecu is managing this by reducing the ignition timing over the entire rpm range the stock tune will knock generally knock more and have a lower iam than this, seen stock cars in south africa with iam of 0.2

this happens on 91 fuels you can have a read of the knock correction links below and the tune tweaks thread

ESSO 91 this time, I switch back and forth between ESSO and Shell.
A few local members ( @1Cor10:23 and @wparsons, at least) including myself have had poor IAM's on any GTA 91 fuel.

From my couple days of logging last year, between Costco and Shell I was getting anywhere between 0.80 and 0.94...

Currently I run a variant of the 91 OTS tune with 94 (IAM is rock solid 1.0) and I believe @wparsons runs the 93 OTS with 93/94

Yeah I also run 91 OTS on 94 octane. If it's hot enough, I also run a bit of Torco Accelerator.

Relatively new OFT user here, recently jumped up to the 2.067 OTS map but don't think I had the newest template file. Will this cause any issues?

I felt like the previous tune version was better and I could actually feel a difference, however with the 2.067 it feels sluggish and somewhat bogs down at low
RPMs under WOT. I understood this to be an issue with aftermarket intakes but mine is completely stock? Any suggestions on how to really remedy this?

You might have issues if you try to monitor things or datalog, the readings may be incorrect. How many miles have you driven on the new tune?

Yep, and yep.

The OTS 91 map and OTS 93 map are identical at lower revs, and the knock issue I have is in the low rev high load area (too much gas in the ~2500-3500rpm range). Oddly enough I get no knock on a track with 91 octane on the OTS 91 map, but I get a bunch driving in traffic.

I'm currently running an unmodified OTS 93 map on 94 octane.
