Wheel Directory: XXR 527 18"
Hey!
I have very big issue with my head im so confused what size would be right to my car. I still want it to be daily drive car and drive it without rubbing anywhere.Specs what I have thinked: Wheel: XXR 527 18" 8-9,5" offset? Suspension: BC Racing BR Tires: Front:225-235/30-40 Rear:225-245/30-40 That what makes it difficult is that roads in here "cold ass" finland are so bad so I dont want much stretch the tire on the wheel but still that concavity is welcome as much I would get. DarrenDriven´s car looked pretty awesome but that stretch bit too much for me here Im gonna blow up them or the wheels.I thank everybody who could help me with this

If you are lowered on coilovers you can go as big as 18x9.5 +40 with a 255/35 tire no rub like im set up. Obviously you need negative camber in the rear to make that work but the rear generates about -3 degrees of camber when you drop it around an inch so youll have no rub. Up front I could run 0 camber and have no rub.
SO, if you are looking at smaller sizes of wheels and tires then you are set to put them on without rub. The coilovers give you tons of space. A buddy of mine is running 18x10 +40 with 255/35 and he had small rub in the rear but it went away quickly. Hope this helps! |
