A vendor told me he carries 17x9.5 et38 5x100 in gold only. Do these wheels exist? I don't want to order them and have to go through a refund process.

Where the heck can I find some matte black 17X9 5x100 35mm offset RPF1s!? I literally cannot find any for sale. only 45mm offset.

Anyone know?

I don't know that they sell them in that fitment. You might be able to special order them, but I doubt it. Do the 17x9's not come in a +38 offset like the 18x9.5's?

17x9 +35 is the ideal set for the guys who track it. +45 is common, +35 is not.
