You aren't very clear on what is happening. With a supercharger you want to be around 12 - 10 on WOT and around 14 on cruise.

Sorry, that was what I meant. Yes I am around 11-12 on WOT, and around 14-15 while cruising. (this is with stock), before it wasn't hitting 10-12s at all it was super lean.

You need to figure that out. Do some reading on closed loop and open loop fueling and get a good understanding of what you should see for a safe AFR especially if you are supercharged.

So from what you're saying I'm pretty safe right now since I am around 11.1-12 while going wot. I cruise at 14. Bill tuned the car himself and test drove it both times when I had stock and the jdls he never mentioned anything. Switching back to stock now(and now that i have an afr guage) I just noticed the difference in AFR

Alrite, now that I'm not half asleep here's a real quick real dumbed down understanding of your afr when using gasoline(e85 is different).
(i do suggest you do some googling on closed loop and open loop tuning, as well as afr so you better understand what your engine and its computer are doing) 14.7 is your "eco" afr, its when the mixture of fuel and air is just right to burn all the fuel being introduced into the engine. This number should be seen when idling, cruising. Once you go WOT you afr will drop below 14.7 meaning your adding more fuel to the engine. When you decelerate, lift off throttle, your afr will briefly go above 14.7:1 but then begin to drop back down and rest at 14.7:1. And here is a crappy chart to help you understand rich and lean, Higher then 14.7:1 = lean(more air then fuel) Reading of 14.7:1 = stoichiometric(right amount of air to burn all fuel) Lower then 14.7:1 = rich(more fuel then air) Lean(bad) Stoich(okay for no load) Rich(safe) For boosted setups you want to be running rich.
