I love that v6. Nothing wrong with a slant 6 (other than you wished you had a v8)

I think most people are missing the point. Ford isn't building a consumer car. They're building a racecar of which they need to sell a certain number to the public so they can call it "production based" and meet the requirements of their racing series.

Well a flat six isn't a V6. A flat six is a perfectly balanced design, and sounds fantastic. A V6 will never be perfectly balanced, and the sound leaves much to be desired (though that's an opinion). Also I didn't pay 6 figures for my Cayman.

As to my GSR, well I got it in college and now it's my beater. Because a 3 door hatchback weighing 2600lbs with a 8000 rpm engine featuring forged internals is a fun beater. Also, nobody makes anything like that anymore.

True - I guess I was assuming they were using audio from the real thing. The video doesn't sound BAD mind you for a 6 cylinder, just no where near GT3 6 cylinder good
