Sounds a bit like my AT in manual mode. Don't get me wrong, I love a stick, but drive a stick or buy an AT. BTW, the sequel will be MT, if they are still around.

Sorry for bothersome but auto blip is not bad at all. I have the oportunity to drive the new corvette and it have auto blip feature, i can say its really good for tracking cuz you can focus more in braking and handling. I bough some aftermarket gas/acceleration pedals to try heel-toe because the stock pedal is like 2 inch below of brake pedal so im almost there.
And my question is: its hard to perform auto blip? If yes then no problem, i understand you guys do updates with no charge (its awesome! And free duh).

Is there a reason E85 and the blocks don't mix? Bad timing issues or something similar?

And hnnnghh I can't wait to order it now.

i'm having cold start issues with the e85 tune..

if the car has sat overnight (ambient temp is 45-55F) the car coughs, stalls, backfires, anything but starting up like a normal car. it got so frustrating that i drove around til i burned up what was left of my second tank of e85, filled up with 92, and flashed back to stock tune. no issues since.

any insight?

pertinent mods: muffler delete and panel filter.

i'd have to agree. some cars just are difficult to heel/toe. my aw11 brake pedal is a good 2+ inches closer to me, so getting the ball of my toe on the brake, while bumping the throttle, is awkward.

that being said... don't ever let a computer do for you, what you can do for yourself. This is what's turning the world into Idiocracy. (it's got what plants crave).

Thats going to happen on high ethanol content (over 75 %) in cold weather.

you can help by either adding 4 litres (think thats a gallon) of petrol to a full tank of E85

or modifying the injector pulse widths (IPW) to add more fuel at startup

see tune links below in signiture

or here
http://www.ft86club.com/forums/showp...&postcount=138

or do both ie increase IPW and add some straight petrol, just keep the E% over E 60

Sounds like you guys are super busy which is awesome! Just curious if the units have started to ship yet? Maybe I am just being impatient or excited or a bit of both haha

I'm happy to say that our stock of OFTs arrived this past thursday so we have been busy getting all shipments out the door. Today we shipped out 50+ units to customers and dealers:

The rest shipping out tomorrow

Cheers,
shiv

I have a soft spot for the Arbath, I would have one if I could afford a second new car. Are you having good results with them?
