Boost levels?

In general, are issues like this related to random hardware failure due to high loads, or can be caused by tuning causing unnecessarily high stress?

Wait so OP first found weird things in his catch can to include what looked like fuel, then he blew a headgasket and found oil in his coolant, then he proceeded to window the block. I just want to make sure my timeline is correct.

Hmm almost every time I've seen this encountered it has been some kind of pinhole leak/split in a coolant hose, but if you can't see it obviously dripping from anywhere I don't know.

Isn't that what the overflow tank is for? Was it seeping out of the overflow or above the Mark?

Last time I saw only oil in the coolant and not the other way was on a buick 231 with a burned intake plenum.

She's definitely blown a head gasket. Coolant was seen dripping out the oil dip stick tube when the stick was still in.

***Updated*** Now it looks more like the turbo seals are done instead of the head gaskets.
