Unless you're tuned for 100, there's no sense buying octane booster.

It is funny I get inferior fuel mileage with 94 octane compare to 91 octane.

Does the manual specify 91 or 93 for this car? It's 91 in both the S2000 and 240sx.

has anyone looked at or installed one of the Diesel Conversion kits?
Thinking about doing it this weekend, but its kinda pricey. You're supposed to pick up a decent amount of torque though, so I'm really leaning towards it. |

Man you don't need a kit to run diesel. The FA20 is high-enough compression already that you can just disconnect the spark plugs entirely and run diesel as-is. You shouldn't rev over 3k, though, as your ECU will start to pull timing.

I bet the 94 is about 10% ethanol. Out here our 94 is, and I noticed a slight decrease in gas mileage.

I sometimes mix it up by going 91 or 93 from what ever station is handy (but gets a lot of traffic) that at any given point in time I am probably actually at about 92.5.
