I haven't bothered fixing the swirls. I've been using things to clean that won't add even more swirls. Then I just put spray wax on it. lol

Saw an OEM black frs driving on Fullerton Road south passed Gale Ave in Rowland Heights around 12:50 am on Saturday APRIL 18. Gave you a high beam as I saw you from opposite direction.
