hesitation sounds like afr is incorrect or high fuel trims or you getting knock causing ECU to pull timing causing hesitation.
No mods at all all stock got into a accident they put everything together nicely got that like after I drove off the shop took it back no leaks and it hesitates just a tad 3500 to 4200 Rpm I'm putting premium 93 in it all happend after I got it fixed I reset the battery after maybe 20 miles the engine and code comes back on and I get the air to fuel ratio unbalance Sucks bro

Well their is something wrong, maybe an 02 sensor is damaged or hairline crack in exhaust manifold or a leak like damaged hose in intake, but on stock car you should not get those codes.

Take it back or get dealer to check it, the accident repair should cover costs under insurance.

Depends, in this situation if you are having CEL codes, probably not. But in normal circumstances, if you experience hesitation (after mods, changing battery, ect) the ECU will right itself after ~50 miles (that is, learn your driving style).

No mods here yet I was just outside and this little plastic box under the intake tubing after the maf sensor sprayed it with joke and the car almost cut off then I messed around with it apart the little box doesn't have any leaks when I blew un it maybe the Clamp was badly placed put back on then started her back up sprayed it again it didn't act funny disconnected the battery hopefully that fixes it if not I'm done fuck it

You should not get that code after installing header unless you have a leak near o2 sensor / intake leak or damaged 02 sensor.

Code you get for catless header is P0402 (cat efficiency)

Those other two code you had point to intake/exhaust leak or problems with post cat 02 sensor.

If the second 02 sensor is crook or disconnected it will generally cause cruise control to be inoperative but im not sure if it triggers traction light.

Check the plugs on the front/rear 02 sensors are seated correctly they are near alternator at front of motor. They are grey and black coded and the plug and socket colors should match.
Did you get your issue fixed I'm having the same issue but just the air to fuel ratio unbalance and no cruise control

I did not have any problem was just helping the other guy

If you getting air fuel imbalance codes check for intake or exhaust leaks or leaks at O2 sensor dirty maf sensors or damaged O2 or maf sensors

If checked for leaks none at all I use choke cleaner and won't see a Flux in the rpms well roughing out. But I'm not sure if that sensor would be messed up I also hesitate at 3500 to 4200 rpms

do you have stock intake ?

if you have aftermaket intake, most will require maf rescale to avoid hesitation and sometimes cel codes due rich/lean conditions.

check connections and hoses on intake carefully. check the maf sensor gasket is not missing or torn or creased.

you could try spraying small amounts of engine start spray near intake connections and see if rpm rises from idle. Just be carefull to to get it on hot exhaust else flash fire.

should rearly be covered by repair shop under insurance or a warantee claim especially since your car is stock
