3" would be good (with headers) but as has been discussed above I think one would need to look at the intake side of things as well. |

$1,500 for that thing is no bueno.
Twins would be more worth that kind of money. Poke them bad boys out of the hood. Wear it proud!

Could a TB like this one be used off a LS2 motor
![]() It has 6 pinouts like the 86 but I have no idea if they are the same re voltage etc as I cannot find a pinout diagram for the 86 . ![]() Has anyone got the pinouts for the 86 ? Being an old bloke I'm just throwing this out there to see if it's possible so maybe Ron or someone with more knowledge could respond. I can easily make up a bigger Maf tube and piping to the TB etc .

Ok so, here's the deal. The TB isn't small for this car, at all. If it was restrictive beyond 300whp don't you think there would be more options other than JUN and Cusco? Others who have torn this motor apart and critiquing it, not once by FBM, MAP, Full-Race, JDL, or any of the tuners have said anything about the TB.

I would say if you are going turbo like most are then the factory TB is more than adequate as you are forcing the air though it not sucking as a PD supercharger does.
When you suck air the less restriction you have the better . |
