flossy strikes again - Toyota GR86, 86, FR-S and Subaru BRZ Forum & Owners Community

I wanted a flossy knob pretty badly but needed a certain knob in a different color. Chad said he would and I waited for my Shifter knob. But it wasent the one I ordered.
I emailed him a few times and nothing. And then he responded a few weeks ago saying he would send me shat I ordered and a return slip for the one they sent.
it's been 3 weeks and no email from them so I sent one. I guess it turns out they blocked my email.

What can I do?

I suggest you initiate a charge back on your credit card. And read reviews next time; this behavior is not unexpected from flossy.

I had received a product from them though.
So doesent that count me out for calling my credit card company?

Ah, you didn't return the one he sent? In that case you may just have to chalk it up to lessons learned.

See, I have that problem. And I know I have that problem. The crazy ones are hotter to me. But it still gets me in trouble every single time. You think I'd learn, but I won't.

Yeah, I bought my BRZ last January, and almost immediately decided on a Flossy knob. Thanks to feedback here on this forum, I decided not to deal with Flossy and never looked back.

I ordered from them a couple months ago and got a quick response shipped within 5 days and had it in 2 days so a week total and my order was right and I even got a custom engraving turned out flawless!

same thing happened with me.. ordered a shift knob from him

waiter several weeks, send several emails, no response to any of them, my shift knob just showed up one day, never got tracking info for it

funny part about it...
was the wrong damn knob... filed a charge back with my credit card company and never send the knob back!
