The curse strikes again!!!
Somebody just backed into my car and decided to leave. I was parked at my underground parking at work and have never had a problem in 2 years. Any ideas on how to fix this?

How else would you fix it? go get touch up paint and search on how to apply it properly.
Also, it may very well be that the person didn't even know they hit you. Since the car is so low up front, it's likely that whoever it was didn't even see you. If they noticed the "bump," then I would imagine there would be a bit more damage than what appears to be just a tiny scratch.

Was there any structural damage to the bumper? If not, wash, carefully apply a couple layers of touch-up paint, wax, polish, and you'll be the only one that notices it.

No I don't think there was any structural damage. Thanks guys on helping me on how to fix it. I'll try to touch it up but u know it'll always be there. I guess no need to be paranoid now since it's already scratched lol

Try buffing it out first. Doesn't look too bad but I don't blame you for being bothered by it. Especially since whiteout is a PITA the color match if any paint work needs to be done.

It's a 3 step color on the whiteout. Not just a single pen or bottle like usual

Thanks man. I know it's painful to look at but it's just a car. I'm gonna enjoy driving and not stress the little things.
