bummer! I also have the 64bit versions both of 7 and 8, though neither of mine are "Ultimate" - I doubt that's it though.
Unfortunately, that may suggest your SSD is starting to go. While an outside chance, it's there. It could be some other piece of hardware on the fritz - memory needing to be re-seated (if that's even possible) or something. I'm chasing the hardest to clearly identify, and there's no easy way to look into this kind of thing if you don't have extra hardware around, tools, etc. Hopefully it's something far less miserable. C |

I did some searching on that error and the only thing that I found that might be useful is to try to reinstall the .NET framework. I saw some info where others indicated that was causing the issue. Worth a shot I guess if you've already tried everything else.

Ya i found that in one of the searches for clr code. I did try a fresh net framework install before making this thread.

just reinstalled windows. its alot of work but the manager works now. idk what was the issue before

Ya had most programs, songs and pics on a 1tb and only os on the ssd. Kept it simple
