The torque dip in my dyno is 20 ft-lbs. So that means the original torque dip was 40 ft-lbs? That's BS (and no I'm not going to go back to stock and spend $100 to get my car dyno-ed to see if it was). |

I would say if you are considering the tablet.
Find someone local to you and ask to push the buttons on it. |

FWIW I went with oft, stage 2 uel on 91.. Miles and miles of difference from stock, butt dyno confirmed. Pulled pretty damn hard on a "Stock" FRS with exhaust and intake, got a bmw 328i (4 cyl turbo, not the I6) by about 1/2 car or so. My buddies 335i got me, but only started pulling away after 60, got him on the dig thanks to LC. Not knocking on ECUtek at all, I was considering it before the oft, but the price kind of killed it for me. It's all what ever you prefer to spend your money on though. I'm completely happy with the oft and I know plenty of folks are happy with their ECUtek tune too. In the end, it's Your call

Not saying OFT cant due a good tune but rather shelf tunes can be a big waste of $$$$$. Dyno tune or dont do it. Once you go dyno tune your going to pay someone to tune it regardless of platform. Not sure how much OFT will save you over ECUTek when it comes to custom dyno tuning. |

May as well use the dynodynamics magic conversion factor to dynojet and call it 200hp.

Are you trying to say that a before/after dyno is bs and the numbers are bogus?? You don't look at total HP dyno numbers but the delta of before/after to see the gain/value/result of your tune. The graph I quoted showed the shelf OFT e85 tune to give just about zero gain over stock. IE waste of money. |

here our petrol (98 ron) is rubbish compared to yours and gains on E85 compared to petrol may be more in Oz, but guys on OFT E85 tunes see strong gains over stock. power is in kilowatts and aussie dyno's read low compared to yours. I run a slightly modded version of their E85 tune and their are substantial gains. |
