Same here, Grimmspeed gaskets are the best ones to use. I also re-use them and they work just fine and seal great. Worth the extra penny. I've got a set on my header and all of my 2.5" gaskets are Grimmspeed's. No leaks.

Should have 3 100% throttle runs and some good cruising time (was trying to use it to scale my MAF, but gave up since its 50F outside). http://www.datazap.me/u/kodyo/log-24215?log=0&data=0-1 |

I'm not the expert, but it seems like that your rear o2 reading fluctuates very often while regular driving & when it does that, the rear o2 reading goes above of front o2 reading (1251 sec. ~ 1254 sec. mark for example). Front O2 seems fluctuate also. Lines are zigzag-ish. I checked all of my logs, but I did not find any similar activity like yours. Most of the time rear o2 reading stays below front o2 reading. & both lines are steady. Also at WOT, mine shows rear O2 value is 1 ~ 1.5 less than front O2 reading value, but your about 0.5 less than front O2. I'm not pro/expert so I can't tell what is exactly causing it, but it seems not normal for me. I guess even if the cat is not as efficient, at least it should give constant AFR reading of O2 unless it is broken or defective, but yours just goes up and down while cruising driving. If I were you I would not just rely on disabling the code in this case. My poor guess would be there may be leak, but I would pass this to someone who has way more knowledge about car because my assumption may be totally wrong so experts and pros, come and help~ @steve99 @Shiv@Openflash would you mind take a look at his log & share your thought?? Sorry if I bug you~

@nunonuna
Thanks, I'll look into it more this weekend and check for any leaks. Only intake mod I have is drop in and Perrin tube, so it shouldn't be acting that weird if it is. Other mods are 4.56 diff, ft86sf header, motiv over pipe, motiv carted front pipe, and Greddy sp elite axle back (along with OFT stage 1 93 Oct tune). Definitely a conservative setup. If shiv or anyone else can advise, that would be awesome. I'll be checking for leaks this weekend. I can post another log if needed now that it's warmed up a bit outside. The log I took was also in a lot of stop and go traffic, if that means anything. |

Did some searching, this may or may not have something to do with it (post from 2/18/15):

Does anyone make a good OFT tune for this header? Cause I just checked the price on the FT86 tune, and damn.

Best thing to do is get a used ECUTEK cable and dongle for cheap on ebay (I got mine for 175) then buy a licnece ($300) and load up OFT tunes, or have a tuner make you a custom tune, as ECUTEK is the main tuning software used. With OFT you're limited to OFT tunes. |
