However, I had a ton of heat / IAT issues even using a 75mm pulley. |

Rule of thumb on the BRZ is this: Using a max continuous operation of 15000 RPM as specified from sprintex, multiply the pulley diameter by 100 to get your max RPM. So a 72.5mm pulley will hit the max continuous operation limit at approximately 7250 RPM. Although many have exceeded it intermittently without much issue, that tends to be the point where efficiency starts to fall off at a quicker rate. I would probably run a 75 given how large it is unless you're at a really high elevation.

It'll be at least late march before the weather is consistently warm enough for summer tires. I normally don't take my car out of storage until early to mid April, the weather here is normally only a couple degrees colder than where Mike is. |

Seems easier to just take the pulley ratios and multiply by RPM. Our spec sheet from Sprintex lists 15000 max continuous, and 17000 max instantaneous. I felt like with my car that is was very safe to say that even under any kind of race/track/strip conditions, that nobody would "continually" hold the revs at over 7000 rpms. |

Mike you started to thaw out over there yet ?? if not you could always move to the land of Oz .
![]() Noticed in one of your earlier posts you said the 335 wouldn't be so flash to run on pump gas all the time but if going to 10:1 pistons would that be better or worse as I've only got access to 98 ultimate where I am .
