I'll need to wait until our production run is ready. So that is probably 2 weeks out. So the weekend after that would be great! I'll let you know when I get them in my hands

Would you like me to add your need to the R&D thread?

I'm in Sunnyvale. My BRZ is in the body shop until the end of the week, but as soon as I get it back I have one of Rob's most recent ESC kits waiting to go on the car.

Hi guys,
I'll certainly give preference to beta testers that are local. That allows me to spend a bit more time with the cars and track them more closely. So I'll post up again when I have Procede's in stock and ready to install. It would be great to have a few local cars beta testing in parallel for a week or so before we launch it for everyone else. I'm quite confident that there is nothing "beta" about it. But it's nice to play it safe

Looks like we are out.

But I look forward to playing with it later!

Now that I have gotten a lot more time with the system, I have noticed that DR kicks on for me all the time. A bypass would really help with our already weak mid throttle power.

I can't really find any larger valves, but this is kind of neat.
maybe one large enough to fit a ping pong ball would flow well enough, or two/three smaller ones. I am just stuck on how to tap onto either the metal sleeve and/or the silicone coupler.
Friend sent me this link to look into, thought you might find it interesting:

2 questions:

1. What is this Procede ESC Controller that Shiv is talking about? I Google'd it and what I found is that it will basically electronically control the boost from 0-100% within a certain RPM range (instead of it being just either on or off). Is this right?

2. Is there anyone that has (or had) the Crawford BPBs installed when you got your ESC? Did you keep the BPBs, are you still happy with the results? Or did you uninstall the BPBs?

I have the BPBs and from what I read a few pages back is that they'll actually LOWER the overall power curve vs not having them...Except for a small gap between 6,000-6,500rpm, which you actually get a little boost, but that defeats the purpose of gaining the power at the low-end for me in the first place.

I'm just trying to figure out if there's enough of a power loss to justify the cost/effort to get rid of the BPBs.

Thanks.
