Anyone know what I can use for a temp fix on this?

Hey all. First time I've had this problem. I think I wiped away bird poo the other day and found a chip in the paint right above the passenger window, but I was pretty sure it would show primer. Found this instead. It looks like white with wires or something? Anyone know what this is and how I can cover it up for right now? I would really like to not have to get the whole side painted.

Thanks for any help ahead of time.

touch up paint. Mask off area with painters tape. Sand with 2000 grit and, add primer. Sand and add paint. Sand and add clear coat. Buff out with polishing compound to blend with area.
