Anyone know what I can use for a temp fix on this?

Hey all. First time I've had this problem. I think I wiped away bird poo the other day and found a chip in the paint right above the passenger window, but I was pretty sure it would show primer. Found this instead. It looks like white with wires or something? Anyone know what this is and how I can cover it up for right now? I would really like to not have to get the whole side painted. http://i271.photobucket.com/albums/j...ps2e089555.jpg

Thanks for any help ahead of time.
