While I don't disagree with your reasoning, your logic is flawed.

The same reasoning applies to anyone that has swapped to larger brake calipers that isn't running a full-size replacement spare in our cars.

Case in point:
  • AP Sprint BBK up front
  • some type of aftermarket wheels (square setup) w/ non-OE size tires
  • you blow a front tire or otherwise have a flat in one of your front tires.

Without a full-size spare, you are stuck with a tow truck situation. Why?
- Have to put rear wheel(s) on the front to clear brakes, depending on rotational direction of tires
- Have to put spare on rear axle, which will destroy your differential or otherwise put excessive strain on the Torsen LSD
- See above.

Sometimes it doesn't take a subwoofer to get one in this situation, and I am willing to bet it happens a lot more than most people realize.
