On your sprintex setup it's gonna be like this: pcv line from the block goes to the catch can inlet, catch can outlet line then hooks to a check valve and then to the middle port on the back of the supercharger elbow.

On mine i put the 1/2" plastic ckeck valve between the manifold and the catch can that way you dont have boost getting into catch can and on the hose coming from under the aircon you dont need a chech valve .

What about putting a small air filter on the catch can and capping the manifold? Would there be any negative effects from this (maybe smell)?

That is called a vent to air catch can. The main negative being that you don't get the vacuum pull on your pcv line, which helps flow and seals do their job.

That's a VTA catch can. I run it like that and use the intake manifold port for vaccum/boost signal.

Allready tryed caping the manifold but the engine dosent like it idle is up and down, when you decelarate throtal body closes and the engine needs air for idle so it sucks through manifold and out of crank, metered air.when accelarating check valve closes and the other port under air con is used for crank venting again metered air. dont think car likes having a open vented crank case as it muckes with computor and metered air in engine .

I think there's a chance you didn't cap the manifold well and had a leak, as I have not had the PCV connected to the manifold for 12K+ miles with no issues.
