C6 is a monster too. Heck, a stock, non-Z06 C6 automatic convertible with base suspension is a monster.

I disagree. C7 is sexy as fuck. C6 was a very good looking car as well.
But as someone said, the damn base C7 would be enough for me lol. I'd love to hell to have one. |

This thing is the first American sports car I really desire. It looks good (particularly, from the front... the side/rear doesn't look as good, but not bad either), and, obviously, it's a performance powerhouse.
If they really do make a mid-engine C8, it has potential to be one of the very best $100k-$200k cars available in the world. The American NSX, if you will.... |

I think the C7 is a bit like the 86, you really can't appreciate its form until you see one in person. It is truly a sexy car.

i think the best thing, that nobody seems to mention here is that finally there are seats that do the job. i mean, i guess the c6 had some optional seats that worked but these provide actual lateral support which is kinda new for these cars.

http://www.roadandtrack.com/car-cult...percar-cdsynd/ Seats are no big deal. Anybody can buy great aftermarket seats for most sports cars for $600-$1500 a piece without much trouble... not really something to think about in an $80K car, IMO. |

I'm really hoping Honda comes out with a mid-engine turbocharged inline 4 cylinder coupe, like the rumors are saying... if the S2000 retained the double wishbone setup and rigid chassis, but was a coupe, had a slightly longer wheel base, and a mid-engine layout, with a turbocharged engine making 350-400hp or more, it would be the ultimate "affordable" sports car, IMO. A smaller, more agile, more affordable "baby NSX" is probably my ideal car, if such a thing were to exist. Don't get me wrong, front mid-ship is still better for weight distribution and turn-in than your standard front-heavy FR car, but mid-engine is ideal... |
