Thanks for the info, considering a similar upgrade (brakes not turbo
) in the future. Which Dot5 fluid are they using? The Endless fluid is rumoured to be the best but is quite costly. Motul Rbf 500 (I think - @sav correct me) is an option and Formula Friction recommend a Ferodo alternative. Also let us know what kind of mileage you get on those Yellow Stuff pads! Black and gold are ftw! |

What rotors were you using with the Yellow Stuff pads? Also did you follow the correct break-in procedure?

Stock rotors (not new) and I believe that yes, the break-in procedure was followed.

damn, thats hectic, I have black stuff in my car ( the MR not the 86) with stock rotors, and after 4 track days, my pads are still perfect, hell they dont even show signs of wear.
