That doesn't make either right or wrong, just intended for a different audience. Me, I'd like to own both so I could drive the one that fit my mode that morning. My review of them would have stated something like: "Which one is better? Neither. On price, fuel economy, and "wow factor" I consider them equals. On days when I want to buzz around town, making a little noise and feeling like I'm controlling a raging animal full of torque, I drive the Mustang. On days when I want to feel more refined and understated, or tear up the twisties, I take the FR-S. You really can't go wrong with either. But, please, don't ask me to drive a hot hatch, I might just have to slap you." |

Conclusion: if you're fat, old, don't know how to drive a stick, and driving a ubiquitous car makes you feel "cool", get the Mustang.

he hit the spot right on. it doesn't matter how much hp, weights, or how much suspension gadget it has. in the end you can only compare a car by price range. And i believe mustang v6 is actually a faster car in the price range.

. . . . damn i agree ![]() in my mind mustang is lean, long hood, sharp lines, like an arrow, like this ![]() and i think im non-biased (or you can call me dont know shit whatever) because I didn't grow up with Mustang, I didn't come to the US until I'm 17. The new mustang, it's like when Japanese was learning how to make muscle car. Look at the relax stance of that 67 Stang and tells me if the FRS doesn't resemble more. Flame me

All this tells me is that the new Mustang is finally a GOOD CAR. It doesn't make me want to buy it over the FR-S/BRZ, though.

he says it kicks ass and makes him feel like a superstar(while smiling and laughing i noticed) but he then says it lacks engagement? huh? and the times for both cars were a bit slow. biased review. it really does come down to personal preference in the end. we've seen enough reviews to know what to expect in the car. i think we're all just watching the vids/reviews to see the twins in motion =p
