If it's modded and I'm stopped I'll peg my launch control. It gets more attention than the horn. If I'm moving just enough throttle to set off the BOV, also because it gets more attention than the horn. No one pays attention to horns these days. Spitting fire works though.
If it's stock I'll wave.

My dad always did it in his Corvette to other Vetter drivers, and I wave to other bikers when I'm on my motorcycle (regardless of what they ride). It's not about "yay we drive the same thing", its more a feeling of "hey, we are both enthusiasts who enjoy the search for other enthusiast. the fact that we were both scanning the road for interesting cars, recognized each other, and put in the effort to acknowledge each other shows we are both on the same page".

Plus its funny when my conversations with my girlfriend go like this, "So I was telling Jim that he can't mix acid, TWIN!, and water because it will blow up."
HA! I have the exact same thing with my wife and 3 of the 6 I have seen were in her car so waving would have been weird.
Mind you my waves are not restricted to Twin drivers. If I see anything cool (by my definition not consensus) be it a 'Vette, modded Genesis coupe or even a nice Civic (I can hear the gasps already) I give a wave. I would guess that 90% I get some positive response back (except for Civics whose response usually involves just one finger).

DAMMIT THAT WAS YOU!!!!

Seriously, though, I did have a stupid cow throw her slurpie out her pickup window on the interstate a while back and splatter all over my hood. I don't think she was aiming at me. She was just a stupid redneck who thought it was okay to throw her drink out the window.

It's times like that when it's really good I don't carry a firearm.

Lol I remember another thread similar to this and one guy said something like, "I try and hit them with my car because the less Ft86 on the road the more rare the car becomes and my car becomes worth more" or something along those lines I don't know why I found that so funny

As a new motorcycle rider, I enjoy waving to other cyclists and the perceived camaraderie. I'll wave to all riders (even scooterists), though I make an exception for HD riders since they seem to have a bad case of smug.

My FRS is just two weeks old and I still enjoy making an attempt to connect with another twin owner. Just one has responded to my enthusiasm, probably because there are so many in the Bay Area.

Was driving my friend's Wrangler the other day and she chastised me for not waving at another passing Jeep. That being said, I am always on the lookout for other twins, and get a little obsessive about trying to wave at them. I almost never get a response though. As for chasing down another twin to wave at them, I did that once the other day when I was running ahead of schedule. Dude waved back but seemed a little weirded out that I went through so much trouble just to shoot him a wave and a smile.

What if it looked stock on the outside, but money had been spent where it counts? Would you feel bad?
