Thanks but no need right now, Vishnu has told me that an updated definition is coming soon so I will wait for that.

Any updates of these updated xml's with the MAF tables added? I'm on B01C and absolutely have to get this idle down. I have no cats in my exhaust, and it's STUPID loud. Sounds like the car is going to blow up LMAO!

I've set the timing from -15 to 0, and its 'better' but still idles high as hell..

Anyone make these cold start idle changes on an OFT300 tune? Looking to try this out on mine.

Living in what is about to become a very cold climate, seeing these huge mods at the low end kind of freaks me out. I imagine that while these table are likely very effective at heating up cats, they might also have something to do with keeping an extremely cold engine going.

I changed it to be much less aggressive than the above recommendations until it gets to 50 degrees:

MAF Correction After Start (Neutral): 40 20 11 10 10 9 9 9 9 8 8
Ignition Timing Post Start: -15.07 -15.07 -15.07 -15.07 -15.07 -8.04 -8.04 -8.04 -8.04 -8.04 -8.04 -8.04 -8.04 -8.04 -8.04 -8.04

I left MAF Correction After Start (In-Gear) as stock because I have a remote starter installed and by the time I get into gear, it's warm.

I will here shortly. I currently don't have an exhaust on so it wouldn't do much good hah. Have you checked if the tables are in the definitions? I know at least my tune is pretty old and before some of the stuff was mapped out.

I'm using the RR_ZA1JA00C.xml definition from the OFT site and it doesn't appear to have these tables. Is it safe to use anyone's definition file for this CALID or do I have to get one specifically for the OFT?

Be very careful, because OFT's CALIDs are different. Most of the 2.0x ROMs are actually version B01 masquerading as something else. Using the wrong def could result in you bricking an ECU.

Roger that - I'll reach out to Shiv to see if he can send me the def file that he's been using.

OK, thanks to all the contributors in this thread. I successfully made this change on my OFT300 tune. Shiv confirmed it was a 1.x definition so I worked with the OFT 1.x XML file and added the tables documented in this thread using TD-D's version in github. I didn't take his entire file in case my OFT one had some specific values it needed.

You mean the definition file? What CAL do you have? If it's A00C I can share the file I modified (I changed a few of the DTC names as well because the forward slash prevented them from showing up in RomRaider). If it's something else, you'll need to start with your appropriate OFT 1.x definition file then add the table definitions from TD-D's definition file for your CAL. Could you simply use TD-D's file to begin with? It might work, but I wasn't sure if Shiv had something in his version that was unique to OFT.

According to this thread, I should have the tables "MAF Correction After Start (In Gear)" and "MAF Correction After Start (Neutral)" in the "Mass Airflow / Engine Load" folder of the .bin file.

I am using OFT v2.06 A01C bin file (Stg 2 E85) and these tables are not present. There's a lot of talk about what to do/not to do to add these using definition files from romraider, github, etc...

Can Shiv or someone else confirm what is needed to get these two tables in the v2.06 A01C bin file? Thanks!

Update: i tried adding the text listed earlier in this thread, without any success.
It seems that there is another section in the definition file that is required, as the text (in the blue image) is added to the file, but the new tables do not show up in RomRaider. The text (in the red image) is present for all other tables, so it seems this is also required for the tables to appear.

Does anyone know this text and can post it here? Thanks.
