i have this issue too. took it to the dealer and they said it was bad gas however i tried adding octane booster and tried different gas stations and I still get the sound. I only put 93 in the car and its always chevron or shell. i tried experimenting other gas stations for the sake of this issue but no successs..

Btw just wondering how this is related to the clutch? I thought we've established that this sound is spark knock .
