10 series owners! Removing the front bumper. Is there an issue?

I just bought the perrin cai for my car and the instructions say to remove the front bumper. So I looked up all the instructions on how to remove the front bumper but none of the guides say anything about the 10 series bumper emblem light. Is there an extra wire I gotta look out for? Is it harder to remove because of it? Any help is appreciated thanks!

I hope its as easy as just unplugging it. I would hate to pull on something and break/rip anything

Your 10, like mine, should have come with the diagram of the light-up emblems wiring. Should be with your user manual and other paperwork.

It's just a coupler you unclip. Like above person said, pull away slowly.

Please let us know what you find - I have a 10 Series car and I need to remove the front bumper to fabricate a license plate mounting system that corrects uneven holes that were drilled in the bumper by the dealership (I just purchased the car as new old stock last month).
