Hallman Pro MBC or Grimspeed MBC would probably be the best solution for you. Just place it inline on the vacuum line running to your wastegate.

^ yep. I've used hallman pros for years with great results. ball and spring type controllers like the hallman tend to spool a bit faster and are a bit easier to adjust than the bleed valve types.

I thought you didn't need to use a mbc if you were going to run spring pressure
