IMHO about 5 spokes too many.
I don't like wheels I can't get into the barrel to clean~
But I understand its a rally thing-
many spokes for strength, 'cause you never know when the wheel will hit shit!
My SAAB had 16 spokes and what a pain to clean!

Does that thing have a Carbon Fiber roof or is it just painted black? They say the wheels are Enkei, not forged BBS. And take a look at that Panasonic nav. Looks nice.

Press release says spun cast aluminum. Unfortunate, that's too pricey for cast wheels that likely don't weigh much less than the stockers.

I agree. I'd want to see what they weigh before even considering them. I'd rather just get some lightweight Enkei's or OZ.

I bet you a Buffalo Nickle they'll slap right on with no problems.

I'll take that bet!

I'm Canadian, What's the exchange rate between Buffalo Nickels and Beaver Bucks?

They've had the wheels around for awhile now. Though getting them in black appears to be a new option.

For those that want the classic STI Gold wheels look.. Here you go.

I had these same wheels in silver on my old WRX which is the picture in my sig. They don't clear brembos( though you can buy ones with proper offset to clear). Same wheels that they had on some of the test cars to.

Those are not the 15-spoke wheels pictured in the press release.

True.. Same style though, just more spokes. I didn't pay attention to the spoke count. :-/

The lip won't, but the wheels will.

That lip is nice. But I agree with the consensus that $500+ is a bit steep for a piece of plastic. Wonder what it would look like in WRB, although the black is a nice contrast.
