it's all relative to your preference. I don't care about loud but that should be louder than my current set up (except WOT)=prob same there.

I like loud and my neighbors don't complain and never did when this car was louder.

Man I really want the Tomei 80 so bad but heard it drones badly while being N/A with aftermarket headers. =(

Buy my Tomei 80r. It sounded gret with my JDL EL turbo paired with their 3in over and front pipe.

External waste gate dump tube destroys all... I have the worlds loudest Q300 set up.

A million times this. Turbos are very effective mufflers. On my old car, my brother and I had the same basic exhaust, his was 2.5" and mine was 3". I'm turbo and he's not...he was louder even with the smaller piping.

Yes, turbos are amazing mufflers. No doubt about it. I think my direction was more aimed at N/A since I've dealt with both 3" and 2.5". I would go 3" on a turbo in a heartbeat though for 350+ HP.
