Sorry if did not make my self clear. Did you loose some during relocating the blower oil cooler. I assume you need to add and cut the lines for the new placement.

Ahh I gotcha. Yeah you have to relocate the blower oil cooler to the passenger side of the AC condenser area, and turn it on its side. So the fittings instead of being horizontal, they are now vertical(ive checked multiple times because that stuff is so expensive, and there has been no leaking of blower oil). You don't need to remove the lines to do this, but if you trim up the lines I would do it from the top end of the lines.

I'm sure you've got to try pretty hard to get that hose shoved into place properly...

Btw, I'm loving the KW SC kit and the power! It's a shame this happened with the oil cooler because I'm really happy with the rest!

I'm so paranoid after the brake lines though that I keep thinking I hear other noises.

For instance, after a WOT run I hear a flutter at cruise speed. It shouldn't be the bypass because I'm only running 3k or so and not varying speed. The flutter increases with RPM. It's almost like a belt or pulley flutter noise but the belt is taught and the pulleys are spinning true. I'm going to have Mike at Infamous check everything over tomorrow just to be sure

While examining the installation of these instances and looking at what was received, both customers happened to receive product that we had yet to have the fittings installed prior to shipment. This leaves the installation completely up to the end-user thus a room for error without proper installations on how to install the fittings onto the hose which were not provided at the time of these two purchases.

Although we do not manufacture the fittings nor the hose, we stand by the manufacturer's information and advertising. Both the hose and fittings, once properly installed, will support 250 psi without the need for a clamp. The hose manufacture themselves specifically states, "Never needs a clamp."

In order to alleviate this in the future, we have connected and secured each of the items in stock so that any current or future order will leave assembled in terms of the fittings and hose.

We are also taking extra measure by pressure testing each hose and fitting ourselves to ensure the stated quality and fitment is there moving forward. We are currently up to 160 psi in our testing with absolutely no issues thus far and are continuing to push the bar higher.

Getting back to the 2 customers involved, both Freeman and nlowell have been in direct contact and we are working with each of them individually. We're striving to assure that both of them as well as their vehicles are sound after the issues and are negotiating compensation for both time and money lost thus far in a fashion that best suits their needs individually.

I'm looking to buy the upgrade pulley for 13psi. What will I need ? I'm currently on stock clutch, fuel injector and pump. Will i need to change all of that or it's possible to run those stock component.

I only do occasional spirited driving... Not extreme at all. Just looking to get the best out of my kit !

I bought the pulley from KW but never installed. My understanding is that you can simply swap in the pulley and just use the existing KW tune. Maybe one day I'd be motivated enough to install. The dynos seem to suggest up to a 25whp increase on the top end.

That was my understanding as well, but I don't really have the guts to do that. I have the Pulley at home on the shelf, not sure if I'll install it or jump to the C38 instead

I maxed out my stock injectors with the base C30 pulley at ~7k RPM. Injectors are now on my short-list.

Completely forgot about the pulley. Now I know I for sure I could break 400whp.

C38. I hit 385 already stock motor. Perhaps 450 is doable with the pulley, headers, overpipe, downpipe, and an aggressive tune. Certainly plenty of room left in the injector size I went with.

Yes. Wonder what else can be pulled out with motor work. If only it was as easy as that Racing Rivals game, lol.
