Sorry to add to the derailment of this thread but I've never heard of clay barring before today but it sounds awesome. Any suggestions on the best to buy and where to buy it?

Went by the docks at 11 am this morning and saw two white and one lava off in the distance in a row of cars parked parallel to the fence.

Checked it out at 12.30 am and couldn't find a single one. I looked in the main lot (mostly toyotas/scion/lexus) and in the back lot (mostly mazdas). I'll look again tomorrow (maybe). I didn't want to bring out my big lens because the security at the end was already eyeing me.

Too funny , security guy was giving me the evil eye too. The cars I saw were at the east end of the lot , close to the river.

Maybe we should just start a detailing section on here... haha

Last time on this thread! Promise lol

I use miguiers for clay barring. The smell of the quick detailer/lube is identical to what we used at Chrysler, and worked just as well. I've tried buying products from the company my past few job used, and its nearly impossible.
