Like any sports car, you'll see more unmodified examples roaming the streets than modified ones. Average Joes/Janes will buy this car once they have enough to put on dealer lots, and they won't get touched. We just happen to have a majority of mod-crazy people on the forum right now... and I like it!

ill be doing moderate mods to start off. My self ill be going ether TRD or Axis kit (haven't deiced yet) have a set of Camry 18in BBS wheels refinished in Gunmetal thinking about throwing on. Lower depending on wheel gap. Im loven the sound of the TRD and GReddy exhaust.

Any 1 know the Headlight bulb type of the FR-S?

Probably drive it to work, or grocery.... Just from point a to b

This car will probably never see the track... It's just too slow IMO

I plan on putting tofu crates in the back. Perhaps some towels in case of a spill.

Also an Air condition vent cup holder.

I said this before if sponsered this car is going to get HIGHLY modded, if not just your typical small mods, intake, exhuast, wheels/tires, maybe shave the front badge off and just leave the FRS on the back or black out the front badge, coilovers(that is a ways off), maybe the five axis body kit

Gotcha. I see that your location is Hong Kong. Being from Hong Kong myself, I would guess that you have a decent amount of money or else you wouldn't even consider having a car there. My opinion though is that the mods you listed do not really seem to benefit your situation except for the bling factor. Regardless, enjoy the car man! :happy0180:

Also, has Hong Kong received shipments for the car already and how much are they going for over there?

mine will remain essentially stock. i'll change things like the brake pads, maybe exhaust/intake, and might look at a reflash. eventually i'd likely change the suspension for some nice coilovers, but that's a long way off...

step 1: purchase FRS/BRZ

my point A to B involves driving on "Dai Mo Shan" aka Foggy mountain everyday. So the mods definitely will benefit! Its gonna be like Initial D every time

my 86 will be mainly mountain pass driving. so its the perfect car!

Richburg is said to deliver the cars at the end of the month, but the imported JDM GT Limited are around $500,000

Crown Motors does not have a schedule and neither does it provide which trim level they are gonna bring in, but promised the car to be in the low 300k

macau dealers are asking for around 350k.

This car will be every where in HK and macau just liked the FD2 Type R

If bonestock allows for window tinting and making the exhaust tips bigger (fartcan JDM sized), then yes, that's how I'll be making mine :P

I'm going to leave mine stock...for now. It is replacing an '06 Accord as my daily driver. I get my modding "fix" from my supercharged V6 Mustang.

I'm planning to take the occasional autocross/track day route. So I'm going to start with a new helmet, another laser thermometer and a reasonably high-rate data logger with the best analysis software I can lay my hands on. We'll see how quickly I can get my times low and consistent. Then I'll see what y'all have to say about brakes and tires.

("Another" laser thermometer? Yes... the first one stays on the boat because it's turned out be a good check on engine health; lift the engine hatch and lase the exhaust manifold and transmission bell housing after a day's run.)
