Yep, buttons are back in IE! Thanks for the fix.

The avatar still doesn't show in the banner though, but that doesn't bother me (see my screen clip above, looks like its getting overwritten by the "welcome" portion of the box, I can what looks like about 2 pixels width's of it running vertically in the display).

What is the easiest way to check the blog. I enjoy those posts but no longer see a direct link to it . Perhaps it could be placed under quick links? Also I see some of my recommendations and others have been implemented. I think things look good overall now. Pretty clean look, nothing to loud visually, fairly homogenous without being stale or boring. Forum keeps improving, nice to see.

Thank you admins and designers, you are doing a great job, sorry for being harsh and unappreciative.

I hate these stupid browser surveys. Did they even consider the fact that explorer comes default with PC computer and people don't know better to upgrade otherwise? Im sure more than half of that percent would ditch the browser in a heartbeat

But the fact is fact. There are more people using IE than any other browser is the reality.

I think the real truth of the matter is, most "real world" users just don't care which browser they use. And what do all those folks blame when a web page doesn't render correctly? Yep, the web designers, not the browser.

Folks that do care will say "but everybody I know does". Bottom line is if you do care, then chances are you hang out with like people that also care.

You are right, its the default browser, and that's why it has a large percentage of the marketplace, but that's true with any device market. How many folks with an Android or iSomething device do you think download a new browser even though they are available? I don't know, but probably the same low percentage or even less.

I wouldnt say they blame the web browser, but the computer itself. Just because the majority of people dont know how a computer works.

And your right, i cant agree that they would download a new browser because its available, but more so because it proves better functionality. But you got me at another point most "real users" couldnt care less about better function, as long as it gets them from point a to point b. The same can be seen in cars for example.

+1
Agreed, a perfect example would be my father who knows a lot about computers and knows how to navigate his way through them, but still kind of plays catch up to an extent.

Sounds like we are in "violent agreement" that IE sucks, slow cars suck, but "standard issue" users and drivers suck even more! It's all good.
