No... but Stage 2 map works very well. I've been running it for 3 weeks or so now.

You can set it up to log within the start up period, and only takes 1 tap to stop logging. A couple of minutes for getting the log off the tablet then upload it.

How do you know it is running fine?

Nothing yet. Had a little time this past weekend to take a quick look at it. Got under the car and dropped the skid plate and inspected everything and couldn't find anything. No leaks, cracks, loose bolts, etc..

I reset the ECU again and am going to wait and see how long before the CEL comes back. If I have time this weekend I'll pull the header off and inspect inside the cat to see if anything looks out of the ordinary. If all looks ok inside the cat my only other guess would be my secondary O2 sensor. My car only has a little over 10k miles on it so I can't imagine an O2 sensor going bad already, but you never know.

Last resort will be to put the stock header back on and see if the CEL comes back and then go from there.

BTW, Anyone know how to test an O2 sensor to see if it is bad?

If the cat went out in the header would that cause a CEL?

It may in the secondary O2 sensor- a P0420 most likely.

What is the CEL code you're getting? (Sorry, I didn't see if it was posted earlier). Autozone or some place will read it for you for free if you don't have a code scanner.

This code can be caused by even a high flow catted header. If this is one of the typical magnaflow high flow cats that most companies use, they let a lot of flow through. Just because it's catted doesn't mean it will act like your stock header.

When sensor 2's flow matches sensor 1's, the chance of a CEL is high for P0420. You'll typically see this while cruising, and not spirited driving. This even happens on catless headers. Same concept for either. The only way to truly eliminate it is a tune, otherwise, floor it everywhere you go and don't cruise at one speed. If you're someone that city drives a lot, you probably won't see a CEL. It's the highway drivers it catches due to the closed loop.

Spark plug defoulers can help mitigate it... I did that on my bimmer and havent had a cat related cel in 10k miles with my catless headers

Yeah, they reduce the chance by a good amount. The risk is always there, but it really does depend on how the car is driven before the ECU throws a code.

I went hundreds of miles on my JDL UEL till I went on an hour drive with cruise control only to realize my secondary O2 wasn't disabled in Ecutek, lol. It is now, but I thought it was to begin with.

With my '02 Camaro SS, the primaries were deleted and extension wires were used to the secondary O2's and those were set as the primaries to dodge the CEL on those. Not sure if many people have tried the extensions, but I think it would be a pain wiring these since it's only 1 header.

Aaaannndd.... My CEL came right back on again on my lunch break just now. 5 min cruise on the highway.

If there is nothing wrong with my cat when I inspect it. I guess I'll try using a defouler.
