The bluetooth version wont work on the iPhone?

Apparently you need the Wifi version for iPhone/iPad. Heard rumour of a BT version for iPhone somewhere though...

Read up quiet extensively on this. Found that Bluetooth doesn't work on iPhone...

It's not that the bluetooth doesn't work on the iPhone, it's just apple is very restrictive as to what you can and can't do with their devices, a jailbreak or a root would, didn't probably solve it

So I got the obd2 adapter and the torque app is failing to connect and asking me if my ignition is on. Any advice?

The car engine has to be running for the dongle to Connect with the ecu
