With my cogged pulley's and playing with my belt tension. I was able to make it whine only in gear & pressing the gas pedal. Idling I have no more whine unlike the smooth pulley's.

FYI....the kit will always have some whine noise coming from the supercharger ...as quiet as rotrex units are, they are not silent

what is your belt tensioner set at? I used an nickel to measure the distance from the plate to the bottom of the bolt head, approximately 21mm. i can still hear the high pitch with the hood closed standing 4 feet away from the car, or is it your exhaust in the video that's covering up the high pitch noise?

Exhaust masking it could be, but I pay close attention to it and there is no whine. Your high pitch sound most likely coming from your high pressure fuel pump AKA "Crickets". See photo's as reference IMHO not all belts are created equal "borrowed from @KraftWerks"

Mine sounds exactly like that. I'm gonna loosen the belt tomorrow for the ride to work to see what happens.
Thank you for confirming

I don't believe there is a KW base tune with the C38. You will need to get it tuned yourself if you get the C38.

The base tune is only for the C30 and should also work with a smaller pulley which should add ~+25whp to the top end.

I'm running the C38. 330 on e60 stock exhaust and headers, 265 pump 550cc injectors. Lots of room left I think. Dynojet would be something like 385ish. At the crank maybe over 400? on e83 it felt even stronger.
