It might be you dislodged a hose sound tube ect or have a small vacuum leak in the intake tube where maf sits cause when you were manipulating air box to get filter in. In your log the high fuel trims are only around idle and below 1000 rpm elsewhere when your on the throttle trims look ok but AFR looks slight lean for OFT tune at top end your mid 12 afr usually shiv tunes run a bit richer than that. check all the hoses and clamps, sound tune and resonator connection in intake area it could also be an exhaust gasket leak as @Malt said you wont always hear it but sometimes you can smell it What were your ltft like on petrol ?? |

http://www.datazap.me/u/malt/scaling...zoom=4344-4444 Commanded AFR going from 14.94 to 14.47 over and over, which doesn't seem normal. This is happening around 3200rpm. Here's another example of the jumping commanded rate. http://www.datazap.me/u/malt/scaling...zoom=4714-5111 What in the world is going on here? The closed loop pulls I've done look perfect but open loop still have LTFT's running from -3.9 all the way up to 5.4. Its fairly obvious to me that the higher positive trims are coming from very light partial throttles at somewhat lower rpms and as the rpms rise in open loop the trims get markedly lower. Just seems pretty odd that there would be such a massive difference in trims. Its been pretty hot here along with higher humidity than I care for which is necessitating running the AC. I can watch the trims change quite significantly when turning the AC on and off (which is expected obviously due to engine load). I'm starting to wonder if the newest CalID B01c might "fix" this as I think the bumping trims is caused by AC compressor cycling. Any Ideas @shiv@vishnu |

The real time graph of afr vs commanded afr would help with this too.

Your second tank will have much higher E% than first and require a bit of learning, looks like its starting to sort itself ltft down to about 8% from about 15%. It not unusual to see ltft around 7 or 8% with a stock car that has not had maf scaled some are better some are worse. |

This is correct you will need a new sensor.
